    Dear Professor Rego:
I am sending you this communication to advise you that I have made several attempts on the SRJC library computers to do my homework, including creating two blogs and commenting on my initial one, over the past several days. I had the assistance for an hour of a paid student tutor and an adult tutor on two days.
When I finished, I attempted to send all my work to you and everything literally vanished. This after I saved my work multiple times while completing it.
Needless to say, I am completely perplexed and confused. The intent of this communication is to let you know that I made an attempt to do my homework and submit it in a timely manner.
I wanted to advise you of the above before class this week, and I am stumped that with the alleged help of tutors, it appears that my hours of work have completely vanished into cyberspace.
The good news is I believe I was successful in creating a LinkedIn Profile.
Should you want to speak with me my number is 707.974.0322, although I will be AGAIN at school on Wednesday attempting to complete the assignments prior to class.
Thank you in advance for your ongoing support of me through this semester, I am truly grateful.
    With regards,
    lenita marie johnson
