I could see the layout of the content clearly but I needed confirmation that I’d structured it right. When I taught a one-day class named “Social Media Starter Kit” at Santa Rosa Junior College in the Fall of 2013, I was able to see the natural flow of the entire process in one sitting. Within 24 hours of teaching that class for the first time (I teach it now at multiple locations), I wrote the table of contents for this book and embarked upon the writing. As I wrote, I imagined that I was sitting next to someone just like you, guiding you through all the steps on how to create your own social media strategy. The book is a duplicate of the process that I go through with my clients on a daily basis.
