The Aging Boomers Get Their Facebook On

I was asked to speak on “The Aging Boomers” on KSVY by Frank Samson of Senior Care Authority last week about social media and the generations. Bob Nations of Senior Helpers, Frank, and I had a great time discussing the basics of blogging, Twitter, Facebook, texting, and a lot more.

I spend a lot of time working with people over the age of 60, individuals and corporate types, so understanding how the generations think differently and how they interact with technology is something I’m pretty familiar with and love to discuss. In fact, working with those that are aging with technology is one of my favorite types of work! The impact is easy to see and their faces light up with understanding even more than most.
